Support provided includes:

  • Access to telephone support and Jira Helpdesk.
  • Fix or replacement of corrupted software components
  • Restoration of corrupted data
  • Routine IMS application software updates provided free of licence fee
  • VNC link between customer’s and IMS’ systems for on-line rectification
