IMS have a well-established support capability,
which includes:
- Repair Workshops in Colchester and
Manchester
- IMS own Field Engineers
- Dedicated Help Desk
- Multiple ISDN and Hot Line modems
Originally established to enable a one
stop shop service to IMS systems users, this has expanded,
through referral, to include users of 3rd party software,
who opted to have Hardware supplied and supported by IMS.
Support for both Hardware and Software
is provided under a formal Contract.
